Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Artistic Essence! Every item in our store is uniquely custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please review our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Because each product is printed specifically for you, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time (2–7 business days) + Shipping Time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and the shipping method selected. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Multiple Packages

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may be fulfilled by different print providers and shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Artistic Essence is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If your package is missing, we recommend:
1.Checking with neighbors or your building's mail area
2.Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
3.Reaching out to us — we will do our best to assist you

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
