Refund policy

At Artistic Essence have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 1artisticessence@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Refund Policy

At Artistic Essence, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Because all of our items are custom-printed on demand specifically for each customer, our return policy is structured to reflect the unique nature of print-on-demand merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Ordering the wrong size or color
Change of mind after purchase
Buyer's remorse
We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during shipping
Defective in print quality (e.g., blurry, misaligned, or faded print)
The wrong item (wrong product, design, or color)
We will make it right at no cost to you.
To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and include the following:
Your order number
A clear photograph showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
A free replacement of the identical item, or
A full refund to your original payment method
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

Order Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
