What kind of products does Artistic Essence sell?
Artistic Essence offers creative, urban-style merchandise for both kids and adults. Our collection includes apparel, accessories, and other creative items featuring bold, expressive designs that celebrate individuality and artistic culture.
How are your products made?
Every product is custom-printed on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify. This means your item is made specifically for you when you place your order — ensuring freshness, quality, and a unique piece every time.
Are your products true to size?
We recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page before ordering. Since our products are custom-made and non-returnable for sizing issues, getting the right fit the first time is important.
Orders and Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Because each item is made to order, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We begin production shortly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we can accommodate your request. Once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
After production (2–7 business days), standard shipping within the United States typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping options may be available for select products — check at checkout for availability.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different print providers and shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
My tracking number isn't updating — what should I do?
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking portal to update. If there is still no movement after 5 business days, please contact our support team.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a free replacement or refund promptly.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
